Odd shapes, playing with grout lines, basically Thinking Outside of the Square has been the challenge I have set for myself when creating tile designs. My previous 10 years of decorative painting for designers has been a strong influence on creating tile murals. I like to push the limits yet stay conservatively conventional, keep it realistic but make it fun as well as add a little of bit of positive to the negative spaces. |
