Status Handcrafted Ceramics
Status Inc. was formed in 1986 on Bainbridge Island, Washington. It was founded on the concept of quality handcrafted ceramic products delivered in a timely fashion.
Constant changes in the design market have enhanced our product line with field tiles, over 160 decorative ceramic patterns, extruded trims, metal finishes, our innovative recycle and vitrine collections. The entire line is brought to life by hundreds of ceramic colors in transparent, gloss, satin, and matte finishes.
Zsuzsa Bansaghi joined Status in 1993 with a ceramic engineering background. Her technical skills, eye for detail, and artistic talent have been integrated into the heart of Status.
Status represents artists with varying design techniques. Wendy Smith, Kay Bennet, Linda Shoemaker, Erica Berg, Eric Warner, Zsuzsa Bansaghi, Angela Delarmente and Leanora Clark have each contributed designs along with recent artist Chico Rodriquez Raskey and Johnathan Clarron.
All of us at Status enjoy making these tile projects for you, while holding true to the initial concept of quality handcrafted ceramic products delivered in a timely fashion.
